Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using LipiWiz (the "Service"), operated by Cordoc LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

LipiWiz provides AI-driven conversational companions accessible via audio or video sessions. The Service includes pre-designed AI companions and tools to create custom companions. Features may evolve over time, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue parts of the Service without notice.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to promote harm, discrimination, or harassment.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit vulnerabilities in the Service.
- Upload harmful content (e.g., viruses, malware).
- Violate third-party rights (e.g., copyright, privacy).

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, software, and materials on the Service (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Cordoc LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you create or upload but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to operate the Service.

7. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

The Service generates responses using artificial intelligence. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You assume all risk in relying on such content, and we disclaim liability for decisions made based on it.

8. PRIVACY AND DATA USE

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. While we do not save audio/video recordings, we process conversation data in real time to improve context awareness. Data may be used to train AI models but is anonymized and aggregated where possible.

9. PAYMENT TERMS

The Service is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce subscription plans, in-app purchases, or other fees in the future. You will be notified of any payment changes in advance.

10. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without liability. You may terminate your account at any time via the platform’s settings.

11. DISCLAIMERS

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE SERVICE.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORDOC LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-service alerts.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Cordoc LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

15. MISCELLANEOUS

- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Cordoc LLC.
- If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms remain valid.
- Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
